Light bulb and barb

"This one is pretty straight forward. Everyone wants everyone to not leave heating on and go out and get gum leaves to wipe their bum so that the toilet gets blocked and shitty gummy smells fill the air," says the Bleary. "Totally ruins your taste for eucalypts if you're a koala."
I ponder that for a moment. Then think about how much I want to think about what this Bleary says. Okay hmm.

Ephemeral

I thought the world was an orange. And then I thought, if I ate the orange then where would I be? But I didn't think any of these things really mattered much at the time because I was taking things in slowly and creating things I believed were fruitful. But they just ended up turn out to be... something else entirely.

The punnet puzzel

What does your symbolic sorting system reside in? If it’s not an ecosystem, then it’d be a micro-chip. And if not that, what do you call it?

Stripped, penetrated, contaminated and shut-up

More funding for psychiatric hospitals? How about… perhaps we should charge the Alfred Hospital and various other government participating psyche hospitals with aggravated assault. People have been known to die from the chemicals they forcefully inject. Most slowly. Some however have died instantly.
Cogs in wheels getting money, made me into a freaking lab-rat. How about in the year of the rat we stop this practice of forced injections and incarceration. How about that? How about we actually charge people with a criminal offence before we inject them with shit. Better still, how about we stop the experiments going on in our country now. Are pharmaceutical companies running the government?
Leprosy injections trials on our Australian peoples too. It makes me mad. There is no denying that happened, even though they want to. Proof is, they're still trialing harmful drugs forcefully. Under the banner of "Duty of Care" and "Community Treatment Order". Double speak. Public knows nothing.
Gives us programs like Denton's "Angels and Demons". Cuts out the people's voice when they don't fit with the criteria of: oh the pills sort of do work.
Until forced encarceration, injections and ECT are stopped, no, things are not better now. Stop making the public think they are. Is that enough rope to get a grasp and grapple of the ugliness of this psychiatric grope?
Demons? They're the psyche system.
Angels? Well for me, they were a number of organisations in the community, including Prahran Mission. Poor angels though are powerless to stop the demonic injections though. They don't rank high enough. And they end up on the cutting room floor, while the chemical companies get promoted by the youth that are "cured" but still fumbling through school. Cured? What? Like a hide?
Voices are about translating what I sense about me into words and characteristics of sound through my automatic mind/hidden-calculator/collective-device. I would like to live in an environment that is not afraid of the feelings we recieve and knows how to guide people in a way that will help them better negotiate the obstacles and dreams found through feeling troubling EMFs and such. It is an art. And sometimes what is not allowed to exist, only really has a place in art. Art is a safe reality.

Cut off and squash

When people tell me not to swear. To be polite. To be nice. I want them to think about why I should, when there’s bananas out there talking all they want and what they want. Got to have a decent come back see. Besides, I’m used to it. It’s now a skill. I’m not talking dirty, it won't turn you on, I’m messing with the rot that doesn’t think of language meaning a lot. (Unless of course we can have a fun game of it... ah but that's so rare and trust is something that rusts itself bare.)

Leaks

Listening in, waking up to the waiting. Always asking what’s going on, for there is always more, to underscore what’s understood as known and fact, even if it isn’t that.

Minimalism

A friend recently said to me, “Your paintings are too detailed. People can’t be bothered looking at details.”

The want to institutionalise art like it is a mad thing that needs to be tamed, like a garden that is “over grown”, making it like something that is already known. Art is something that can be shown, but to make it taut and tense, to me, just doesn’t make sense. The age of minimalism has had its daze, let our gardens grow wild and let’s get lost in paintings which have – like the (now forbidden) campfire, that – forever gaze.

Well, it’s good to have an aim. Very recent painting, (working title: Visitors from the sea) still wet and probably needs a bit more detailing, I think. And, while I don’t want people to look directly at my exterior for too long, it gives me pleasure to have others scrutinize my artwork. So please get lost:)
